Maneater Mildred

Maneater Mildred wears a Sack on her head and little else otherwise. She wields a Butcher Knife and a wooden Plank Shield.

She is associated with the butchers of the Depths. Like the other butchers, Mildred has a taste for human flesh, making her title quite literal. The Chosen Undead first meets her as an invading phantom in the poison swamp of Blighttown.

After she is killed in her Black Phantom form, she can be summoned to help fight Chaos Witch Quelaag.

Mildred is the one trying to eat Laurentius

Given her garb, gender and title, Mildred may be the one trying to devour Laurentius of the Great Swamp, but there is no concrete evidence to suggest this.

Alternatively he is referring to the Butcher that is perched above his prison room, as it has been confirmed that the butchers were female despite their looks, or to the Giant Undead Rat that the butchers might be feeding. It is already known that rats eat human corpses (which is why they sometimes drop humanity). Evidence to this is that there is a chute found behind the meat-chopping butcher in the depths and when landing from the hole, the player lands on a pile of human remains.

	Butcher Knife	Giant butcher knife wielded by the Undead man-eating cook lurking in the Depths. More a tool for subduing and preparing live catches than an actual weapon. Those who have faced this deadly blade have a deeper sense of how helpless prey must feel.
	Plank Shield	Makeshift shield built from wood planks. Provides minimal protection, but at a cost of moderate humiliation.
