Lore

Flynn was a tiny but infamous thief. His ring utilizes the strength of the wind and allows the wearer to deal more damage, the lighter their equipment load. Though Flynn was of small stature, he was able to evade capture from even the most skilled warriors in the land, and he was said to pack a "mighty punch".

He appears to have met his fate in Shulva, the Sanctum City, a place that has been heavily ransacked by thieves and grave robbers, as we are able to find his ring there and it is unlikely he would lightly rid himself of such a treasured possession.
