Fiorenza was the richest merchant in Volgen. He devoted his life to extravagance, luxury and finding rare trinkets before eventually being ruined due to his years of excessive debauchery.
Fiorenza had the Avelyn recreated after reading about it in an old book. He was the owner of a Clear Bluestone Ring, which implies he was a spell caster.
In the description of the Engraved Gauntlets it is said that Fiorenza spent his entire life searching for them, but was not the one to find them. It would seem that Creighton and Pate beat him to the punch.

Stone gauntlets engraved with odd writing. Said to bring good fortune to their wearer. The wealthy merchant Fiorenza searched for these rare and precious gauntlets his entire life, but was not the one who found them.
